One of the top online poker training sites, Cardrunners, was able to make a major upgrade to their coaching team with their recent signing of Mickey ‘mement_mori’ Petersen. After absolving the StoxPoker brand and absorbing their content library, Cardrunners has gone through a major transformation, both to their site which has been totally revamped and updated with a new look, and to their coaching team.
Gone from the roster are Nick ‘StoxTrader’ Grudzien, Cole ‘cts’ South, and Brian ‘sbrugby’ Townsend — all for different reasons– and in their place we find names like the above mentioned ‘mement_mori’, ‘Jungleman12’, and ‘JimmyLegs’. Although Cardrunners members will still have complete access to all of the site’s past instructors’ archived contributions.
In the new, highly competitive, online poker training market, Cardrunners is no longer relying on their brand to sell memberships. The addition of new instructors –some of the freshest and biggest names in online poker—along with a new approach that is making Cardrunners a more all-around poker training site’s on the Internet. All of this, combined with the experience and massive content library the site possesses has once again propelled Cardrunners toward the top of the poker training market.
